It's quite possible, after all, creating mistrust between Muslim states (Pakistan) and China is one of the goals of the Daesh terrorists. Then again the timing of the attack has coincided with india's open hostility towards the CPEC and the unrest in IOK. Modi has clearly indicated that india is involved in terrorism in Baluchistan. Therefore, the timing of this terror attack points more towards indian involvement. The RAW doesn't even require CIA assistance as it has a base in Kyrgyzstan. CIA has Uighur terrorists on its payroll and I don't see why the indian counterpart cannot use the service of those terrorists.

Turkey on Thursday warned the former Soviet republic of Kyrgyzstan over the risk of a coup by followers of the Gülenist Terror Organization (FETÖ) and claimed that the organization had infiltrated every state institution in the country.

"In Kyrgyzstan, for example, there could be an attempt to launch a coup," Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavuşoğlu told CNN Türk television. "If there is a coup in Kyrgyzstan, then it will be carried out by the FETÖ," he said. "They have infiltrated all institutions. Kyrgyzstan is our brother nation. BISHKEK, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- A lone assailant was killed and five others were wounded in a powerful explosion when the unidentified assailant drove an explosive-laden car and tried to crash it into the the Chinese embassy here in the Kyrgyz capital city on Tuesday morning.

The attack took place at around 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday (0400GMT). The unidentified assailant drove a Mitsubishi car and rammed the gate of the Chinese embassy compound in Bishkek, causing a big explosion, killing himself and wounding two security guards and three local people working at the embassy.

The explosion also caused damage to the embassy door and wall, as well as buildings next to the Chinese embassy.

The embassy compound and the area in the vicinity are currently under police blockade due to security concerns, with bomb disposal experts working on the scene.

A senior Kyrgyz security officer told Xinhua that according to preliminary information, it was quite likely that the explosives planted inside the car caused the explosion, and Kyrgyz police are now investigating the identity of the assailant.

I think this will be another strong reason for China to directly involved in Syria against ISIS.

Kyrgyzstan vows to punish those responsible for terror attack on Chinese embassy

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Kyrgyz counterpart, Erlan Abdyldaev, on Tuesday discussed in a phone conversation the terrorist attack against the Chinese Embassy to Kyrgyzstan and pledged closer cooperation in the fight against terrorism.

Abdyldaev said the Kyrgyz side condemned the suicide attack "in the strongest terms," and that on behalf of the Kyrgyz leaders, he conveyed sympathy to the Chinese embassy and those injured in the attack.

The Kyrgyz side has taken all emergency measures after the attack, and will carry out a thorough investigation and punish those responsible, said Abdyldaev.

He said Kyrgyzstan will do its utmost to ensure the safety of the Chinese citizens and institutions in Kyrgyzstan, and is willing to strengthen cooperation with China in the fight against the "three evil forces" of terrorism, separatism and extremism.

Wang, for his part, also strongly condemned the attack, and asked the Kyrgyz side to immediately find out what really happened, punish those responsible and avoid a reoccurrence of such attacks.

China will deepen anti-terrorism cooperation with Kyrgyzstan to safeguard mutual security interests of the two countries, he added.

The Chinese embassy in Kyrgyzstan was attacked Tuesday morning by a suicide car bomber, with the lone assailant killed and five others wounded.
