Blast kills 3 near Indian consulate in Afghanistan: Officials

JALALABAD, Afghanistan/Nangarhar: Suicide bombers detonated an explosives-packed car near the Indian consulate in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad on Saturday morning, officials said, killing at least three civilians.

"A car containing explosives hit a barrier near the consulate and detonated," Ahmadzia Abdulzai, Nangarhar province spokesman, said, saying that surrounding shops had been badly damaged in the blast.

"Three civilians were killed and about 20 were wounded. There were three suicide bombers in the car."

did afghan security personnels check the i.d. cards of the suicide bombers just before explosion to know whether they were really PakisTanis ?

if the afghan govt. had any prior intel./information of these so-called pakistanis then why didn't they acted in advance to capture them red-handed before they could kill innocent afghanis by suicide bomb explosion ... ?

does it not clearly show that afghan talibans have actually infiltrated inside your afghan intelligence & security forces because otherwise they would have caught them if (like you said in your post) the early-warning reports of suiciders gathering in were already in notice of the security forces ??
