What's new

Blast in Quetta

IN Balochistan its BLA.

rest the patten seems to be coordinated by all terrorist orgs.

I say we must ban these processions from all sides keeping in view law and order situation in the current scenario. We here in Peshawar have seen life gets paralised due to these processions and threats are multiplied. Terrorists are already doing the rounds and such occasions are an easy target

Banning will only embolden these swines.

. . . . .
I wonder whether anyone in Pak has any clue as to what's happening and what's going to happen.

@ my pakistani friends...you the youth are the only solution out of this mess.

Jab ghar pe takleef aati hai toh ghar ke bacche hee use bachate hain.

The onus lies on the youth of Pakistan.

All the best guy. May the deceased rest in peace. May god give strength to their families.

And who exaclty will implement and enforce this ban? by the looks of things, rule of law is not exactly prevalant in most of the areas where the extremist parties or the right wingers are active.

looks like I should stop wishing for and expecting a "break through"

by that I mean the news of a capture of Al Qaida, Taliban leadership or the death of the likes of
Mullah Fazlullah,
Osama ,
Mullah Omar
Hakim ullah Mehsod
Barahmdagh khan Bughti

because all I see instead is the news of civilian casualites at the hands of terrorists day & night.
they dont discriminate civilians based on their race, religion or sect anyways so for me all these victims are simply civilian & helpless human victims.

by the way, the last Friday procession called "Al Quds" day is normally organised by Shia community to express their solidarity with the Palestinians
the procession is also attended by other (sect) Muslim scholars too

there is always a poisibility of BLA involvement but LeJ or Jundullah cant be ignored who specialise their "Jihadi" version in shia killing.

World Bank and IMF predicted that Pakistan will be a devolpt country before 2025, with the Floods and Terrorist attacks, i can defiently say we have been held bck for 10 years. I just hope now that the new projects in Karachi and Islamabad will recover Pakistan's Econmy. Lahore unfortuntly has been suffering alot of Terrorists attacks, so i doubt businesses would increase there.

Agreed.

Yes we know. I was talking about putting such rallies from all sides be it this day or some other day keeping in view current security situation. A large gathering is easy target for terrorists.

there is always a poisibility of BLA involvement but LeJ or Jundullah cant be ignored who specialise their "Jihadi" version in shia killing.

In this case the possibility of LeJ is bleak because LeJ has little base or nill in Balochistan.

LeJ terrorists have strong holds in South Punjab and now spreading to frontier rapidly though they had always been there
