well actually the situation is really complicated and one cannot really make out the reason behind the recent spate of attacks on this community.....i mean @Well.wisher would vouch for this statement that during all these killings that took place not even a single person has been arrested or killed despite the presence of heavy security in the city...now that is really mind boggling

Well a couple days ago nawaz Sharif's convoy ran over multiple times a 9 year old child... later he declared the child a martyr for his cause! ... do you think these politicians care about the general public killed in terror attacks?... we are all martyrs for their corrupt lifestyle.

Good and bad terrorist thingy definitely exists. The military has been doing this for ages. They even used religious bastards in former East Pakistan aka Jamaat-e-Islami. Luckily, Hasina Wajid is taking care of those scum bags.

The Lashkar-e-Jhangvi franchise in Baluchistan was setup with the tacit approval of the ISI. As usual, they went rogue and now they are targeting the security forces as well.

BLA guys are themselves terrorists who have blood of fellow Balochs on their hands. And it is not special mistreatment with Balochistan. Same or worst is being happened in FATA. Karachi has its own issues. KPK ha its own. But when it comes to these issues, many of them are because of incompetence of failure of civilians. Civilian establishment that we had was corrupt and was mostly about serving own vote bank instead of working for whole of Pakistan. Military has its own blunders but they are not the sole responsible for this.

As for good bad terrorist thingy. It is another BS. India had its own good and bad terrorists. America has its own. In Yemen it kills Al Qaeda but supported them in Libya not far ago.

The problem we are facing is facing of our rulers to face the challenges that we are facing. Good governance and competence can help to solve a lot of issues but then that is not happening and military is not forcing on that part either.

Sir tell you what even today an average pakistani is more concerned about earning two meals a day, they are struggling to make ends meet they dont give a rats @$$ about what NS or IK have to say...

Pak needs to go target the source in Afghanistan. Otherwise we will continue playing wack-a-mole with these terrorist...

To avoid becoming too general, I'll be specific to this problem. We know this is coming from Afghanistan. Now, in order to contain it ,you need:

1. Border management.
2. Surveillance of Afghans entering Pakistan.
3. Surveillance of money transactions.
4. Monitoring materials that can be used in making bombs. Tracing the materials back to source. Tracing the DNA of criminals back to source.

All of this is NOT ISI's job. ISI's job is to take the fight to the enemy, and monitor our international interests. If they failed to inform us that the source is in Afghanistan with Indian backing, then yes, they would have failed. They have done their jobs and now it is the government's responsibility to ensure peace and security in the country.

Also repatriations of illegal Afghans.

So at least one dept of security authorities did their job issuing an alert, but still it would be a blessing for the loved ones of those 15 departed souls, if other departments of security authorities had hunted those terrorists.

Like I said 17 years on wot, their SOP's and trainings should be highly effective by now. Should be a zero tolerance policy. Police should be brought under Army in order to make them more vigilant and proactive.
