Big restaurants have huge gas cylinders and generators i have seen medium sized exploding generators myself it could be a non terror blast we have poor safety standards but we should wait a little to see what actually happened

A source says it was a timed IED. Suicide attacks usually don't take this long to ascertain --- so my assumption is that it was either a planted device or a non-terrorist blast like a cylinder / generator.

Why would someone plant a timed IED in an underconstruction building? Definitely a generator blast.
