You are right. There were two blasts. First one was to equivalent to 3 tons of TNT and second one is speculated to be between 15 to 20 tons. It is definitely a terrorist attack.

7000-70000 (!!!) casualties is impossible, coz that's the cargo berth of TianJin seaport and explored at night 2:00am ... the official news reported 4,00~600 casualites but i think such big explosion maybe 400~1,000 casualties.

42 bodies in hospital - Beijing News
Forty-two bodies from the blast site in Binhai New Area have been moved to Teda hospital in North China's Tianjin municipality, according to the head of the hospital's funeral services, Beijing News reported. Although the news hasn't been officially confirmed yet.

36 firefighters missing from blasts
Thirty-six firefighters were missing and another 33 fighters were injured as they were hit by a secondary blast on Thursday during the rescue and fire extinguishing process in the port of Tianjin, the Ministry of Public Security said in a statement.

The blasts were initiated by a first explosion at a warehouse of chemical materials at the Tianjin port at around 11:20 pm on Wednesday, followed by a number of blasts later on, killing at least 17 people and causing extensive damage to infrastructure nearby, the new office of the Tianjin Binhai New Area said on its official micro blog.

Its clear it was an industrial explosion in two tanks storing chemicals. Fortunately only three tanks were gutted where as the industrial unit has many more tanks.

You are posting images of a totally different explosion man, which happened some months ago in Fujian.
