This is true. Other ethnic minorities don't feel obligated in any way to hold back from retaliation once they have been attacked. Eastern Europeans in particular are a rough bunch when it comes to avenging the death of a loved one.
Perhaps segregation is the only solution. Blacks should only be policed by black officers in black only neighborhoods run by black leaders, and with black owned businesses and stores. Apparently they can't coexist with Whites and other non-Blacks without initiating violent confrontations and then crying about racism when they get their rear ends handed to them.

This reminds me of plenty of episodes in the Arab world. In KSA for instance Ethiopians and other Black Africans were ruining riot in a crime infested neighborhood of Riyadh (Manfouha) primarily inhabited by our very own Afro-Arabs and Black African migrants (mostly Horners) last autumn year. There they started to run riot, started destroying property, blocking roads and worst of all attacking the locals (children included). This pissed many local Saudi Arabians of so much that a few of the migrants paid with their life's after protecting their family members that got attacked for no apparent reason.
Since that period Ethiopians (mainly Christians but also some Muslims) have spread propaganda against KSA and Arabs and you can find quite popular videos about supposed human rights abuses on Ethiopians in KSA but the truth is that many are not even from KSA to begin with.
What am I trying to get across here? That particular neighborhood (Manfouha) is the poorest neighborhood in Riyadh (I am not from that city but this is a widely known fact just like most known about the dangers of Compton, Saint Louis and Detroit in the US) and infested by crime, drug trade, violence etc. and as I see it this has more to do with your social status and economic situation. That neighborhood is also inhabited by poor migrants from South Asia and elsewhere.
So it's not about race. It's just that Blacks in the US are typically poorer, less educated and inclined to inhabit ghettos. Their family structure is also worse than that of others. I mean boys growing up in broken families without a father figure etc. Such an environment fosters such behaviors. White trash in the US (you typical redneck) is of a similar stock. The difference is the skin color and some cultural traits. I would not want to have anything to do with both groups.
Anyway when I look at crime statistics, number of inmates, death row inmates etc. there seems to be a clear pattern. African-Americans are overrepresented in such statistics. It cannot all be bound in their social problems which by large are self-made. I think that there is definitely state-instituzionalized racism in the "land of the brave" (LOL). Of course social status also plays a huge role and economy but those two are tied with each other.
I am not against law and order. In fact I am pro that. I am a conservative after all and from KSA where law and rules rule supreme and anyone challenging them might end up headless the week after.
I am just saying that you expect more from a country like the US given their preaching, position in the world and history.
It is rather shocking that the US (a country that proclaims to be the guardian of democracy) and which was founded upon the genocide of the natives (whether it was Spaniards or mainly British colonialists) less than 250 years and which today is the melting pot number 1 in the world still has problems with race and skin color. I thought that most were past this.
Seeing this video above (and reading about the case in Ferguson Missouri and others) and then finding out that there will be no charges was just surprising. The race card is easy to pull out though. Not saying anything opposite of that but statistics are statistics and it's rather surprising that the grand jury chose not to indict the officer.
Well, i would have to disagree here regarding state institutionalized racism. America has come a long way in combating racism. Learning about the evils of the African slavery and the civil rights struggles of the 1950's is second to learning about the Holocaust and the Jewish plight for a homeland of their own in every American school curriculum from elementary school to colleges and universities.@Desert Fox
