Black Water -Private Army !

.
Privatization of Armed forces is good idea to provide security to small and poor countries and can be used in war zones for special operations .

.
But they are used by US regime to wreak havoc in foreign countries then topple the elected government.

They are not effective. The insurgency always views them as a fair-game kill

It's a terrible idea. Not only is it expensive, because merc-ahem-I mean, PMCs charge stupidly high prices for their services, but are also highly ineffective.

Warfare should be the business of states, not private corporations.

.

I also contacted them for Job back in 2014, when I was unemployed. Overcoming US Nationality is a big issue, and they won't trust anyone but only Americans. But its sad that they do not recruit Pakistanis.

More than 60% of Annual budget of Pakistan used for defence . Privatization of armed forces is good idea to make Armed forces self sufficient .
They can produce fighter planes , tanks and missiles and market them to friendly nations to earn money to meet the operational expenses and profit for the research and development of new defence projects.

PAF project JF 17 is good example .

Have a bunch off mercs killing if Pakistan listened to you the country would go to shit even more.

Pakistan does not need a bunch of mercs who would destroy the country even more because they do not get paid.

What happens when the TTP starts paying off these dudes.

Mercs are a threat to every country and the country itself.

ur post doesnt make any sense, JF 17 is a government project not private. PAC is under govt.
no one privatise Army anywhere in the world. PMCs have nothing to do with privatising State's armed forces

60 % ???? do you still believe that, for God sake...

Once again, it's a stupid fucking idea. You're literally turning the Pakistan army into mercenaries. Once it becomes a for profit venture, even India would be able to buy out the military.

Just stop with this terrible idea.

Also, the army is already fairly self sufficient, and has profitable businesses across Pakistan. And no, 60% of the budget does NOT go towards defense, if it did, than Pakistan's economy would have gone bankrupt a long time ago.

Dear,
My point of view is very simple , Defence industry has great potential to grow in Pakistan , Sales of JF 17 is good example .PAF saved billions of dollars in JF 17 Project.
The missile technology can also be given to friendly countries to earn billion of dollars .
10% GDP of US depend on defence industry .

No, your point was to privatize the army. You're just backtracking now, because you realize just how stupid of an idea that was.

How can a private army fight a war for a country effectively?
As a force-multiplier.

They are not effective. The insurgency always views them as a fair-game kill
From where you got the impression that Black Water types are not effective? Contractors are a force-multiplier in virtually any theater of operations, and can be crucial to managing war-effort in distant locations. Learn from this link: https://www.brookings.edu/articles/the-dark-truth-about-blackwater/

Insurgency is likely to perceive both uniformed and contractors as a FAIR-GAME in any conflict. Nevertheless, in Iraq, uniformed deaths outnumbered those of contractors by far. To give you an idea: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_private_contractor_deaths_in_Iraq

Contractors are mainly ex-military, experienced and can take care of themselves in difficult situations, probably more effective than uniformed men in difficult situations due to lack of 'restrictions in how they are supposed to conduct themselves'.
