Life of Hazrat Muhammad SAW is another topic as His SAW was set as example so yes magic unfortunately also happened. The magic really didnt effect Him SAW as it can affect ordinary humans like us. And since you said that no one can have better imaan and love of Allah, this shows that staying in love of Allah (like Hazrat Muhammad SAW did) does minimize the effect of magic making it negligible. This is why i said magic wont effect if a person stays in love of Allah, even if magic happens.
Secondly, Allah does create ways and means for a person to come near him, whether that's a tragedy or magic or anything else. Thirdly, tests are always there, test of faith, that you stay in love of Allah and keep faith on Allah that magic wont effect you, but some day it does effect you, that's a test of faith. Will you lose faith in Allah or by that time you are so immersed in love of Allah that nothing else matters to you even if it seems extremely damaging. Things can happen to anybody, but will anybody at least take a step to stay in love of Allah and come near Allah? that's my point.

Few days back a girl was killed in a car accident near the place I live. One of friends saw a lady standing on the same spot doing some magical things, few day after the incident.

One a serious note, I personally know a guy who started seeing things and hearing voices. Everybody said that jinn has attacked him or somebody must have done black magic on him. Later on, it turned out he was Schizophrenic. The rest of the story is quite painful as nobody took care of him among 8 other siblings except one and he left medication and started either wandering on streets or living in his room for months. People still talk about him being under the spell of black magic and shyt knowing fully well that it's psychological issue.

White people have these problems too, but they don't blame on jinns or black magic, we do. Plus, their countries are advanced, comparatively much happier and busy lives with the best health care facilities.

Speaking of busy lives, I have a silly theory as to why women here suffer from jinns more than men. Idle lifestyle. When you don't have anything to do, you started to get a bit crazy. Women in general here confined to their homes, meaning more time in solitude. Add to that influence of family and societal issues, they are more likely to go crazy.
Read some articles about how solitary confinement is worse for any inmate in prison.

Non believers are less superstitious thats why
Most things which peoplr often associate with Jin /ghost etc is just illusion of their mind or they often suffer some sort of mental/psychiatric disorders
another point to consider is that these are mostly women who involve in this jadoo tuna and mostly JIN/GHOST enter in their body
