we have established law enforcing agencies and established judicial system , they are working under an elected govt . people get justice if they abide by the law .

There never is absolute justice, absolute fairness and absolute representation for every set of people.

You cannot shun genuine grievances of people hiding behind a non working corrupt system of governance and judiciary. It is very much apparent that your current government, its apparatus and its people have very clear and multiple times spoken bias for their Muslim minority.

no system is perfect , but we have inbuilt system to correct it , but you can not force your choice upon govt by rioting even if you are minority . it is wrong to play victim card everywhere .

Rioting? It depends who gets to name protests for different aggrieved people. Lynching, burning people alive, raising calls to rape women, talking hatred on media against Muslims is fine but if the receiving party starts or shows little protests ......... it gets labelled "it is wrong to play victim card everywhere".

I remember Justice Court of india handing down capital punishment just to solace the public anger .... that was few years ago

Here simple very simple questions for you ..... there are around 220 million Muslims in India (or may be more), they may be a small percentage of the total population but combined they still are a huge huge number that needs to be heard and cared for .......... so what was the rational behind excluding Muslims altogether from your that citizen ship drama?
