This is also what I think too.

China sees Pakistan as a valuable ally.

China would arm us to the teeth to see India defeated.

China is trying its best to help Pakistan economically so we can stand on our two feet.

The time has come for Pakistan to stand up on its own, at least economically.

They will help us regardless of Gwadar or CPEC, but we should not depend on any external help rather prepare ourselves to fight alone.

Yes, but they are planning a limited war over Kashmir, they think it will be below the nuclear threshold. If we prepare wisely we can use it to our advantage and liberate Indian occupied Kashmir while also keeping the war below Nuclear threshold.
