Because I'm sure, she was not aware of those threats being leveled against those people. Bringing up other rape threats and death threats as an argument against people who criticize rape and death threats .... like do you really think their answers would be any different based on the individuals involved?this is the internet there will alwas be a troll throwing rape and death threats, why the hell is that even news?
i've seen death threats to ambanis and rape threats to Manekia ghandi, why arenb't you crying about that? i can literally post a insult from twitter targeting someone, the internet is filled with trolls
you misspelled Pakistan
Your argument that "there will always be trolls on the internet" is one that cannot be defended by any logic. The only defense for it is that, this type of culture of hurling out threats online is so prevalent that a check at this point cannot be devised to monitor and take adequate action.
Let's suppose if someone you know, a friend etc. starts receiving threats like these in person, where everyone comes up to him/her hurling out a threat, and you get concerned and contact the authorities. The answer your given is that, since there are too many trolls in the world, we can't do anything about the people hurling out the threats. What do you do then, knowing that your friend is a target for angry people but no one can do anything about it?
