Indian Muslims - No
If anything, before the CAA or whatever the hell they call it, the Indian Muslims were anti-Pakistan. I don't recall them ever saying a kind word 'bout Pakistan back then. Now if the tune has changed because what they are going through & what is to become of them - well i'm sorry to say, but they pretty much sealed their own fate to the point where they actually dug their own graves.

The Bihar slaughter was so horrific that it was dubbed an "Armenian tragedy" in the British Parliament. Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan the so called "Frontier Gandhi " and a staunch Pro-Indian National Awami Party politician made a tour of the devastation of Bihar, and condemned the killings. It was then that he broke with the Congress and stopped opposing the creation of Pakistan in Khyber -Pakhtoon-Khwa. Bihar was just
one carnage, and it is noted only because it happened before Partition . The cleansing and slaughter of Muslims in Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Delhi continued in 1947 taking an additional 100,000 lives. Jinnah said " It is because of Bihar there will be a Pakistan."
The population of Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan, and Khybar Pakhtoon Khwa were ironically very luke warm to the creation of Pakistan. It was the slaughter of the Indian Muslims that mobilized them to support Partition.
After Partition the pogroms ( dubbed "communal riots" ) in India continued with an additional 500,000 killed. The Gujarat riots in India in 2002 killed more Muslims in a single week ( 2000) than Kashmiris killed in two years. The carnage after Babri Masjid demolition in India across all of Northern India (1992) took another 10,000 lives. The Assam carnage in 1983 took another 30,000 lives with Muslims butchered by Bodos, and Assamese Hindus. As recently as February 2020, the Delhi riots killed 1000 Indian Muslims, far more than the Kashmiris killed this year even after the revocation of "autonomy ".
Indian Muslims do NOT speak out against Pakistan. They are mostly silent, speaking neither for or against, There are few morons who hope save their skins by swearing against Pakistan little realizing that they will still be lynched nonetheless. Yet, their treachery or whatever you may call it comes nowhere close to the acts of those who have caused the utmost harm to Pakistan causing the loss of tens of thousands of lives or causing a disastrous civil war that pushed Pakistan to the brink of collapse.
Indian Muslims have done their job.
What one or two of them say on the media is irrelevant.
The fate of the Indian Muslims while lamentable is inevitable.
Kashmir is important to Pakistan only from a strategic angle. Indian Muslims have nothing to do with Kashmir, They are only trying to survive a little longer before their final doom. What they do to postpone the inevitable is their business,

Is Pakistan concerned with Slobodan Milosevic ( Yugoslavia) Aung San Kui ( Myanmar) , Michael Djotodia ( Central African Republic) whose forces have slaughtered hundreds of thousands of Muslims, raped Muslim women and cleansed entire population zones. Do Pakistanis ever discuss what happened to the Muslims in the town of Bouar Central African Republic in May 2014?
The answer is we don't know, we don't discuss and frankly we don't care. Srebrenica is not Srinagar in Kashmir and Khojaly in Azerbaijan is just another town to us. We don't care what happened in Srebrenica or in Khojaly, ...or in Bouar.
Why then are we concerned what happens to Indian Muslims?
Which is why threads such as these are unnecessary.
