I read more into this , the BJP cant remove jaitely hence they use a stooge like swamy to attack those under him to undermine his authority .

BJP will not remove Jaitley because he's a modi loyalist. Modi doesn't care about competence but more about loyalty. Swmi is no loyalist, so he can't be useful for modi anyway.
