Bismillah will remain in the preamble of the constitution but internally it will be as per 72's constitution just llearn from atn bangla.

We will amend the constitution to Islamic Republic of Bangladesh next time and banned all the leftist in BD.

@ The general election to be held under Caker Taker Govt it is their in our constitution. Why AL is afraid of that. It means "dal me kuch kala hai". The very political system in our country is very complex. Our country is not like other country where people can give vote freely. There are many political militans of Calcutta who are always being hired by AL. In 2002 general election 70,000 AL militants with arms were ready to conduct the general election but it was due to the impartial actions of CareTaker Govt could not do anything soon these AL militans landed up at Calcutta before the election.

It went in the constitution because in 1996 Hasina started non-stop Hartal ( strike) to demand that. She now has a problem with that. One would hope these people would evolve for the better, somehow that is never the case with these folks.

Actually Muslim can not be secular if you mean that all religion has same status. Muslim can not equate Islam with other religion because we believe that Islam is the final and true religion for man kind although all Muslim believe in freedom of religion. You can practice yours and we can practice ours but we can not accept your religion as true religion because Quran said otherwise.


On lighter note, AL decided not to drop Bismillah and state religion Islam from Constitution.

Contradicting your self. One hand you are opposing Islamic republic while do not wish to drop Bismillah from constitution.

Bye the way, if our constitution start with Bismillah and our state religion is Islam then we technically a Islamic republic.

Do not worry about all these FATWA in the name of our religion. Many people remain ignorant about the essence of his religion, any religion. So, they go after rituals and come out FATWA time to time to show that they are more at a superior level than others. These are very stupid people, they are the main pillars of fundamentalism, who destroy people's lives as if they have a mandate from Allah.
