Right, his profession should not be a point of discussion. And yes your remark did work.
But the admin of a forum endorsing it is a big no-no.

He has a very poor reputation there as he should. But the way he behaves, it is his own fault. You should see his posts after a bomb blast or a military operation in Pakistan. The most common dialogue is -- "just spoke to ISPR on the phone". I am sure ISPR has better things to do than calling him in Scotland to give details after a major bomb blast. He has brought it upon himself.

I think all of you know about the breakaway forum. Someone (a Pakistani) there revealed a few months ago that he worked as a shop assistant. I have seen one of the admins there endorsing that later. Now it could be true or totally false and there is nothing wrong with that profession. But someone had to put him in his place and I think it worked beautifully. Loved how he suddenly got defensive, that makes me think that it is probably true lol.

I always thought he was a little bit of a bounder, but never realised this. Not that he doesn't deserve just as much respect as anybody else, but his giving himself airs and graces is difficult to handle as things stand. That he struck such postures to glorify himself is risible in the extreme.

I got banned for the thread Robinhood Pandey has mentioned, a Pakistani with user name skywalker started abusing me with filthy language, I first took up the matter with mods, they decided to ban me from the thread instead, then I had to open a new id just to get into that thread to deal with that user on my own. I knew I would get banned, but this is just an online forum and I didn't bother. In future I will not report anybody, it will be street justice even if that means ban.

This forum remained just a "Pakistani forum" in spite of its stated goal to become an "International forum".

And did you even believe that cr@p? Not any Glaswegian Cabbie will get to speak with the ISPR, however dilettante they may seem to be.....
Then we even have another NYC resident (ostensibly) who has donned the "mantle" of a College Professor. at some times....................................................... just perish the thought.
