Whats wrong if a man converts to Islam under his own wish?

In most cases the husbands convert to divorce the wife without giving alimony. A similar case was registered in Chattisgarh. But VHP was able to 'persuade' them to accept their parent faith.

You mean a Muslim guy converting to Hinduism and reconverting back to Islam. That never happens. Hinduism doesnt belive in conversions. A person can reconvert back to Hinduism

So it has become a domestic issue now-

If the wife doesn't convert than her husband has to divorce her- technically he cannot be with a non Abrahamic partner-

he can marry others as long as they are people of the book (quran, bible) but must divorce his wife who is not a follower of the holy books (quran, bibble)

That would depend on what the wife does here. His conversion doesn't get him away from the responsibilities of the law under which he married. Will be anything but a cake walk for the guy.

once you convert to islam you are only bound by islamic law irelevent of your past

Not under the law of the land. Here the past matters. His options are to get his wife to agree, don't think he will get off easy.

Why do hindus get do bent out of shape

They have a weird caste mentality in their minds 4000 years ago a people of a region worshipped eg a Rat God now people from that area must ALWAYS worship that Rat God

they can never change, they can never grow or believe in something else
