Not really, expected figures by me are
Tejas Mk1 in 2001 , IOC in 2011.
Tejas Mk2 in 2013 , IOC in 2018.
Tejas Mk3 (4.5 gen MRCA) in 2018 , IOC in 2022.
AMCA (5th gen MRCA) in 2021 , IOC in 2028.
Notice the time gap b/w first prototype and IOC and time gap for new aircrafts.

.
Rafale is utter rubbish aircraft no country has ordered this plane.

Orders don't really mean **** these days mate... trust me, there are a lot of fancy stuff that is not ordered en masse but definitely has a lethality about it. Typhoon is simply overpriced. Rafale seems more reasonable in terms of pocket management as well as tech transfer.

bro Tejas MK2 will first fly by 2014 and it will enter mass production in 2017 this was according to the head of the ADA in a interview and there is not any news on Tejas MK3 (most likely will be a 4.5+gen fighter)

AMCA first flight (if program goes on plan) will be 2017 will enter service (if goes on plan) 2025
