Two humanitarian licenses were issued as exceptions to the sanctions on the Taliban and Haqqani network, not the sanctions themselves. Whatever was agreed in Doha seems like a moot point given what has happened.

The Indian scums have failed the USA....

The Indians have cost the Americans 2 Trillion dollars in wasted money and thousands of wasted American lives. The USA lost the Afghanistan war because of India - not Pakistan. Had India not used Afghanistan to create terrorist infrastructure that was used to attack Pakistan and kill so many Pakistani citizens - then USA could have kept Pakistan "onboard" and achieved its goals rather have distance grow between Pakistan and USA on USA's overall objectives and the mistrust that crept into the relationship because of Indian terrorism. American sanctions against Pakistan and things like FATF have not helped USA's cause with Pakistan.

India's failure in Afghanistan is also her failure with the USA itself aswell, and coupled with India's failure at the LAC, it most likely led to the creation of AUKUS ... It would be interesting to see how the strategic relationship between the USA and India develops in the years to come - i suspect some of the heat in that relationship is now gone.
