President Biden on Thursday said he has directed the Pentagon to develop plans to "strike" ISIS-K "assets, leadership and facilities" in response to the Kabul airport bombings.


"To those who carried out this attack, as well as anyone who wishes America harm know this: We will not forgive, we will not forget, we will hunt you down and make you pay," Biden said.

The Afghan Civil War complicated these missions however.

Pakistan brought both Afghan Taliban and USA to the negotiation table to stop the Afghan Civil War, and only now something significant can be done about ISIS-K.

Regardless of who, how and when the al qaida/daish/ISIS or whatever they are called were created. Their continued existence doesn't bodes well for the Muslim world. They need to be completely destroyed. These outfits have brought nothing but destruction and mayhem especially to the Muslim world and others. You can figure out what countries benefit greatly from their actions, and which ones suffer.
