Add that to 600K who go missing in the USA every year on average, 40K murders on average and 3 times as many injured, millions sleeping in cars, trailers and tents; Year-End 2022 U.S. Foreclosure Market Report, which shows foreclosure filings— default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions — were reported on 324,237 U.S. properties in 2022, up 115 percent from 2021 but down 34 percent from 2019, before the pandemic shook up the market. Foreclosure filings in 2022 were also down 89 percent from a peak of nearly 2.9 million in 2010; More than 41,000 people in Jefferson County are living in poverty, don't know where that is, guess it is just one county out of 3142 in the USA. Almost 700K crimes reported in 2022, which means since many crimes are not reported actual number of crimes could be more than a million. Drugs and Alcohol are definitely root problems of many countries.I said if you want to claim that a 0.18% homeless rate in the US somehow equates to widespread homelessness I can certainly claim that poverty is widespread in China because more than 0.18% of the Chinese population is considered poor.
There are like 20,000 cities/towns in the US.
If you think the homeless are walking the majority of their streets then you are far more ignorant of reality than I can possibly imagine.
It's only an issue in a very small percentage of the US. Mostly because they congregate in certain cities.
