In India as well the criticism is primarily against some of these TJ members, not all members have been accused o misbehaviour. Only a few. Also, the criticism is limited to the irresponsible action holding that congregation during the times of Corona. Besides we dont know yet whether the allegation is true or not. It is you who has decided that the allegation is false simply for no reason.

There are right wing Hindus on social media who will blame the entire community but they don't represent all Hindus just like TJ doesn't represent all Muslims.

The virus did not come to India because of them, but the recent rapid spread has been because of them, similar to what happened in Malaysia and we have every right to criticise them for that. No cases came out of those gatherings of migrant workers. Why ? Perhaps because there were no virus carrying foreigners among them.

This TJ meeting had hundreds of foreigners from all parts of the world and that's why hundreds of TJ members ended up catching the Corona most probably from some of those foreigners.

Besides, the migrants workers were running back home because they didn't have a choice due to poverty, they would not be able to pay the rents in the cities without having any work. Modi had not foreseen this situation. TJ had the option of not having this congregation, it was not required to do it right now, they could have postponed it, yet they went ahead. So yes, they need to be blamed for the recent spread.

Most of Indian history, parties like the BJP were not in power. They are in power today because Congress has become too weak. Even in Delhi elections, when people were given a more moderate option in Kejriwal's AAP, they voted for him instead of BJP.

Besides, even in the 2019 elections, BJP despite being at the peak of their power got only 37 per cent of votes, i.e. a 63 % Indians did not vote for BJP.

It has deflected conveniently from the HUNDRED MILLION migrant workers who are the actual source of massive spread due to their panicked swarms upon hearing Modi's botched lockdown order.
