RAW's biggest achievement was separating East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) from West Pakistan (now Pakistan) and creating a country known as Bangladesh, but East Pakistan was thousands of miles away from West Pakistan and India was in between us literally.


ISI should be given credit for keeping Pakistan together especially when we have a neighbor whose more than 8 times larger than us and hates our very existance.

^^ What's to prove? Raw sucks, they have consistently failed the country, they didn't see kargil coming, or any of the numerous terrorist attacks, they cannot kidnap/assassinate Daud Ibrahim, they're corrupt, they've been accused of harassing female employees.

Raw's only claim to fame is the separation of East Pakistan, and that too required overt military intervention.

The ISI is much better organized and far more effective.

About the Chinese intelligence agencies, I will say this they have been excellent at spying on US technological and military information, hardware, and more. They have penetrated US agencies and have gathered intelligence which has allowed the Chinese to reverse engineer effective military hardware.

Also the Chinese hackers hack US banks and US government computers acquiring sensitive information.

So in their defense they do seem they could have the potential to be #1 after all...

ISI is surely in top 10 i guess but raw cannot be in top 20.
i imagine raw consists of bunch of fat people who just sit in office from 10am to 5pm then go home with goodies for their children and getting salary for that.

Some of the attackers then fled back to India...Need I say more.

Here's some evidence.

This is a special kind of rocket launcher it is a M72 Law Launcher. Notice how this is not the same rocket launcher used by the Taliban nor any insurgent or separatist group in Pakistan, they always use the RPG.

This let's you know this attackers were not your common Talibani (TTP) fighters, these guys were backed by Indian RAW who supplied them with this relatively more advance rocket launcher the M72 Launcher.


This M72 Launcher is not commonly sold in Pakistan's tribal belt or possessed by the Taliban.

Our own security faults are to blame too, but from what I understand several attackers were captured at least 4, others escaped.

The attackers were not "fatty" did you even see the videos or pictures? They were quite in shape and trained by some professional agency, I can tell because of how they conducted their operation.

I hope you understand that NO Taliban or miscreant groups in Pakistan wear body armor! Never! They will carry explosives and die in the attack, they never wear this grade of body armor!

Do you understand the fact they were wearing body armor suggest a level of sophistication to their operation. The same body armor is used by RAW agents and some in the Indian military.

My uncle is a lawyer and was an ex ISI agent from from 1993 to 1998. According to him the CIA has the most number of successful operations under its belt all across the world, from Eastern Europe, to South America, middle east to Far east as well as central Asia but the CIA always deliberately emphasizes more on its negatives and shows to the world how incompetent they are for the enemy to undermine them..

Their success rate is ridiculously high which they don't like to show especially in destabilizing South America
