Every city has it's own charm, in my opinion Karachi, Islamabad and Peshawar are the best cities. Peshawar had been a target for terrorists but contrary to what we see on media, Peshawar itself is a very peaceful city with each and every necessity in reach. Plus the living standards are much better when it comes to basic facilities like health, education and transport and even the luxuries.
