The militia of Kurdistan Workers’ Party shoot down Bell AH-1 Cobra of Turkish Army Aviation.

The helicopter crashed after being hit by a Surface-to-air missile. Both crew member killed.

Official Turkey reported that : “The Cobra aircraft, taking part in the counterterrorist operation, crashed at 2:50 GMT in the Hakkari province due to a technical failure, according to the general staff. Both pilots were killed in the crash.”

PKK is officially communist socialist party, it's a "kurdistan working party" closely affiliated with Russia.
Let me show you the origins of their weaponry, data collected as of 2007:
Rifles: 5,713 of (959 traceable) 45.2% from Russia, 13.2% from United Kingdom, and 9.4% from United States.

Rocket launchers 1,610 (313 traceable) 85% from Russia, 5.4% from Iraq, and 2.5% from China in origin.

Grenades 3,490 (136 traceable) 72% from Russia, 19.8% from United States, 8% from Germany

If you take a look at that youtube clip, you will see about 40% of comments are by Russians celebrating the attack.
