Why do you say halal meat is disease free?
Infections aren't limited to blood.

its one less factor to worry about.

so, news is that its banned in flemish region (north belgium) . in brussels it will start from september. It hasnt been approved and jewish and muslims lobbies are tyimng their best to resist against it. dont rmember about wallonia region.
The solution will be to
1- stop eating meat and bring businesses down
2 - import from netherlands
