but lemme tell you what apologists will say,"they do not represent Islam'"

Your statement is not entirely correct. The problem is not with Islam but with our social and cultural values. Islam should not be pushed in every issue.

Their is hardly any renowned religious scholar who opposes or has given out fatwa against this.

Even in developed countries this exists and women generally earn less than men. This is global phenomenon and not one related with Asian or South Asian countries only.

No , but the very people who claim to be custodians of Islam invoke Islamic laws and say that the rape victim is the culprit.
Also Pak is an Islamic state, so such laws will be loosely interpreted as being religionus or of the state when it suits ones interest.
The people are to blame here . Pakistan should repeal Islamic laws and replace a more common English law kind of justice.

There is nothing wrong with the Islamic law..

Its the ppl who has implemented them wrong...
