China has declare that it would not accept any form of "international tribunal" when it signed the UNCLOS, and UNCLOS cannot retroactively be used to cover historic waters. Funny how vast majority of this kangaroo court's decisions are ignored, and yet you think it will save you.

Its related to historic harbor small sea. South East Asia sea is not harbor. China could stop fabricate the rule of international law, in to which China China has signed.

better China should come to join PCA face to face with Philippines, dont bring countries like land locked Lesotho to front.
14 years last for DOC. It is more than enough for any country to negotiate.

China said they want bilateral nego, ... DOC made for that in 2002. They keep delayed the COC talks.
And they violated DOC during several years of delay.

Philippines bring China to Hague for bilateral case, China rejected the PCA >> China don't want a legal bilateral talk.

China denied the third party intervene, they pointed to US, Japan ... who have big benefits in the region ( sea lanes ... )
But China keep bringing Russian comment on this,
and now China bring the list of all African poor countries who get small benefits from China to the talk which is improper approach because those African ( some is land locked countries ) irrelevant to the case, AND they keep saying NO THIRD PARTY, No international intervene.
