Ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron's visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra on Sunday, preparations are in full swing to welcome the dignitary. AGRA: Ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron's visit to the Taj Mahal in Agra on Sunday, preparations are in full swing to welcome the dignitary. It is during those preparations that a huge lapse by the Archeological department came to light. A huge beehive right at the Royal Gate fell off from after which thousands of bees were seen hovering in the area.

Soon after, there was chaos at the heritage monument as visitors panicked and attempted to run away from the bees.

Acting swiftly, the officials of the department removed the bees. Meanwhile, visitors were made to take a different route to visit the world wonder.

He is scheduled to visit the Taj at 5:10 pm after which he will be flying back to Delhi at around 6:10 pm. The sale of tickets for visitors was closed after 3pm on Sunday and the monument was shut for public at 4pm.
After his visit to Agra, President Macron will head to Varanasi, the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on March 12. He, along with PM Modi, will inaugurate a solar plant in Mirzapur in Uttar Pradesh.

. . . . . . . . .

Because of honey of course but also since they provide
pollenization which explains why they are found in all
big gardens. If you have the chance to visit Paris during
the warm months, please visit the Jardin du Luxembourg
smack center a bit south and you'll find not only bee hives
but even an agronomist that teaches all about their uses.
That place is where reproduction of old seeds from ancient
sub-species are maintained for the eons.

I'd be more worried for Macron and as surprised as you seemed
if anvil or bear nests fell from the Taj Mahal. Plus, some guy in
his retinue must be carrying an epipen or something, no worries.

:) Tay.

P.S. At Vergennes, je t'ai imaginé sans problèmes/
I imagined you easily saying in a small kid's voice/
disant d'une toute petite voix enfantine :
-Les abeilles sont nos amies.
MDR
