It doesn't look like 'regular'Beech (Raytheon) RC-12P "Guardrail" elint-aircraft, given absence of wingtip pods

this is not an Algerian aircraft its the Egyptian Beech 1900 flying with the Hawkeye 2000 .
the Egyptian Beech 1900 is used as COMINT and ELINT platform not for surveillance and reconnaissance
mann this black pod or watever it is underneath the aircraft is driving me crazy for days and its certainly not a HISAR its much bigger

AFAIK, but correct me if wrong, COMINT and ELINT are surveillance and surveillance is a form of reconnaisance.
If these Beech 1900 are Egyptian, the 'canoe' underneath has been retrofitted to used Hawker Beechcraft King Air B200/300 platforms

The US Army has contracted Raytheon to provide two refurbished Beechcraft utility transport aircraft as surveillance aircraft to Egypt.
...
The aircraft can be fitted with a variety of surveillance equipment, including synthetic aperture radar, a ground moving target indicator (GMTI), electro-optical/infrared sensors, electronic support measures (ESM) systems etc. Much of these electronics are mounted in a fairing under the fuselage.

The Egyptian Air Force currently operates more than half a dozen Beechcraft 1900s as transport aircraft.

In all of these variants, a belly “canoe” fits the required surveillance gear, which can involve surface-viewing radars, surveillance and targeting turrets like Raytheon’s own MTS, and more. Inside, workstations in the plane receive the data; depending on the communications gear and available bandwidth, that information can be sent on to command sites. The net effect is similar to a Predator level UAV, but with more sensors and more flexibility, in exchange for less endurance in the air.

i guess that i wanted to say that the Egyptian Beech are used as Electronic warfare platform and not for targeting and stuff like that .
its the first time i ever hear about this canoe for fitting pods so thanks a lot mr.penguin for that info
and i meant that this fitting canoe is longer in size than the HISAR .
