Bedfordshire is down south, about 30 minutes from London, Bradford is up north, in West Yorkshire. If it's Bradford then it makes sense as the city is full of Pakistanis! "Spot the White person" would be a good game to play there lol.

In Bradford, you'll find more Pakistanis than Gorras and most, if not all, are jahil. Seriously the Peshawar Knowledge City planners should try to find other Universities. I'm sure there are hundreds out there that are better

You can't exactly convince the CalTech and MIT to open campuses in Peshawar can you?

Its a very good start of a new trend which will introduce better education culture in Pakistan.

We should ask South Korean Universities, Hong Kong, Finish, Chinese, Dutch and German Universities to open up campuses in Pakistan. They don't have to be the top ranked Unis, though they will transform higher education in Pakistan. Due to this factor our own Unis would have to get up and work hard. Competetion is what we want.

yes, but you can convince number 50 and 45.
It is the legitimacy and promise of the deal that drags these unis in. The sort of staff they have also matters.
