My girlfriend is from Indian Punjab and so is my best friend. We always have long discussions about similarities and differences. I want to see an average street.

Lol, i am a Sindhi, so we don't really have a state in India!! Well i have never seen any sindhi culture anyways, as most of out community has stuck to cities and lost our culture.

Well i am from mumbai, studied in Pune (again Maharashtra), so i am more marathi then any Maharashtrian you can find. lol
We chose to just mix wherever we settled i guess.!!

Posting the pictures of Indians and Pakistani Punjabis on same thread and comparing them is against forum policy... or else I will oblige..

Suffice to say.. Indian Punjabis are not as diverse and most are closer to Central Punjabis from Punjab (Lahore, Multan etc)

Seraikis, Potohairs, Hindkowans etc are sub-ethnicities of Punjabis and they have quite different culture.. I think I should start a similar pictorial thread on Pakistan and then you can see yourself..
