This incident should also be condemned by the highest positions in the country, just like the other mob-lynchings that have been happening since many years.
India needs a progressive political system so that all poisonous and anti-human thoughts are removed.
The highest positions need to treat it as a law and order problem, similar to every crime that happens in India, unless it's a terrorist attack against the sovereignty of our nation.

I agree, Modi was quiet vocal about muslims being lynched in Parliament and condemned those attacks, I wish he condemns THIS BRUTAL ATTACK ON A DALIT in parliament as well.
That being said, bigger problem is how the media, seculars and society as a whole closes their eyes on the brutal violence on Dalits by Indian muslims.
In last 2 months there have 2 dozen attacks on Dalits by Indian muslims, many of them have been lynched to death.
Unfortunately, no one debates these attacks on secular channels,
Modi and rest of the parliamentarians don't give a damn about Dalits being lynched by muslims.
You and me must start exposing this hypocrisy of all the people who are silent on these lynchings.
