"God helps those who help themselves" . Nothing is given to anyone on a platter.
Like the Blacks in US and lower castes in India, Indian Muslims need to first make an effort to uplift themselves through education and better organization. Only when seen doing that, others will be encouraged to help them.

If someone has no desire to study, the teacher cant force the subject down the throat. Be willing to seek help and help will come. Shun the helping hand, and you will have none.

Muslims study in madrasahs. Yes there is an urgent need to increase the number of madrasahs all over India.

No society in general is fascist. Its few people carrying extremists thoughts aided and abetted by divisive leaders.
Why did Italy and Germany suddenly change track after Mussolini and Hitler?

Solution lies in 2 fold steps
1. Choosing better leaders - vote for the right candidate irrespective of the party. If you elect criminals from your favorite party, it will only criminalize politics.
2. Uplift yourselves through education

Fascism if it indeed is the problem(I hope not as we still are by popular metrics a democratic society with minority representation) can only be removed through large scale educational reforms with overthrowing a government that encourages them, either by popular public revolution or international interference.
In either case a start would be to remove extremist elements from both sides that want to play divide and rule for politics starting with each individual. That's like captain obvious level comment I know, but it's the basic need and to properly achieve that I think there are better pundits to think on but for now all I can hope for is that we are all not the monsters you think we are. If so then the idea of Indian society and even Hinduism is already lost.
