BBC: Objective/ alternate reporting or simply Butthurt?

جہاں لوگ اس فیصلے پر تنقید کر رہے ہیں وہیں ایئر مارشل شاہد لطیف کی کمپنی کو یہ ٹھیکہ دینے پر بھی شدید اعتراضات کیے جا رہے ہیں۔ ایئر مارشل شاہد لطیف ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد اب ایک دفاعی تجزیہ کار ہیں جو مختلف ٹاک شوز میں دکھائی دیتے ہیں۔

main issue BBC/ writer has is his past as senior PAF officer
the title itself clarifies that objectivity and unbiased reporting has nothing to do with that BBC report its a criticism and a negative opinion bordering butthurt which is unexplained (whether butthurt is towards state of Pakistan as a country or anything Pakistan military it is unclear )

the opinion piece starts with complaining about Shahid Lateef's presence on the TV channels as defence expert and opinion maker on Pakistani affairs and then takes a swipe at him/ his family for being awarded a contract at Pakistani airports.

I m not interested in coverage of this particular story. But no mainstream media is objective.

If you want to see them in true colors, look for their coverage of Middle East. There these mainstream media outlets are Zionist mouthpieces.

What I find laughable that you will not find BBC or other major west news outlets talk about connections betweenn American ruling elite and their defence contractors. Ruling elite from both Democrats and Republicans are part of either Management/BOD of defence contractors such as Boeing, Ratheyon and Lockheed etc or they have connections with these organizations including lobbying firms.
