Thanks. I can understand the psyche well now. To start with they arent any soldiers. Just uncivilised mobs. Destroyong public property and life. Their main concern is to get the gov power. Even if they have to kill the people they are supposed to rule. You have made a good combo between political war and normal war. People shouldnt cry much when these people face wrath of law enforcement. As its full scale war. In this war no one follows any rule and no fears of court. Even faced there are promises to get high political rank.

Honestly, that was what came to mind.

They are not soldiers for sure. But they can be pretty desperate people too, often students who are unable to get admissions at universities and polytechs. They do student politics for that. Much of that is to do with the top leadership. Why not simply build up vocational skills? There's a huge global market for that.

It is pretty pointless blaming those mobs. Unemployment brings about such. All in all, it lies with the leadership.

Soldiers are not that. Their survival instincts are part of doing their job.
