This happened in west pakistan. The home of ultimate ACES...they shoot 5 planes in less than one minute.
But IAF was wrecking havoc near the indo-pak border, but PAF was invisible,i guess it was one of the stealth technologies of those days :D
And they even claim air-superiority,through legend "Chuck Yeager"

.
He live in his own world where super duper Pakistani pilot can shot down 10 planes in less than ten seconds:laugh:
correction
5 planes in 30 seconds

. .
And piloted by Chuk Norris?
MM ALAM.........................no need to mention Chuck Horis here.........he is virtual entity after all...........:-)

Typical Indian mentality of blind leading blind. Chest thumping over aerial attacks on armour bogged down in the sand, do you forget how PAF attacked your in your home and left you with a bloody nose, do the names, Pathankot, Kalaikunda, Ambala, Utterlai and Mukerian put you to shame..... I guess not.!! And when the fourth largest air force got confronted by a much smaller PAF, more often the Agni Pankh got flamed or it just decided to like most Indians, end up in the nearest field.

Only in this field your forces were able to save their face otherwise rest his history.

And before accusing others just look at your own history, you started hundred of threads on same subject again and again....

so is this a "lie"? common man just admit it,pakistani army was decimated by the Indians in that battle:lol:

We lost because of poor leadership and bad planning. They didnt have any AA weapons so ofcourse they were gonna be decimated. It wasnt because of Indian "bravery" or "skills" that bollywood and your barking media tells your gullible population.

Seems the OP has just come out of a Coma, i mean it's 31st of March and not the month of December for the feel good factor. In any case the known masters of fake encounters first need to decide, if at all who should get the credit for the Long walla lollipop the Indians enjoy sucking.

New book claims to nail Longewala 'lies'

Longewala battle hero files defamation suit : Latest Headlines, News - India Today

And how does this case of inter service rivalry make YOU feel any better?

The result is the same for you...

And once again you being a complete idiot, cherry picking to your liking. Little surprised you missed the other link exposing the reality of the Indian Army.

[QUOTE]However, a controversy was sparked off in February this year after Maj Gen Atma Singh, who won the Vir Chakra at Longewala, alleged that no ground battle was fought and the army had merely rehearsed it on a sand model after the ceasefire to cover up the incompetence of senior military commanders.

Talking about cherry picking.... if the same general had been saying something "bad" about the PA or PAF or PN it would have been termed as conspiracy, lies, propaganda etc etc etc

This is nothing more than childish interservice rivalry. And in the end, you got beaten black and white.

(And we won the war too :P )

Let's turn the table, talking about rivalries, then how come what Nawas Sharif blabbers, floats the Indian boat yet what Pervez Musharraf claims are considered lies by yous.
You are adamant on what happened before our life time but ignorant to reality of Indian army running out of coffins during Kargil and all else disclosed by Tehlka.
In any case, the topic is role of aerial power during the conflict.... not the war.
