Barhamdagh Bugti supports US Balochistan resolution

If we wanted, we would have rather hidden him in India itself.

What better cover than a sub-continent sized country of 1.2 billion people?

To add to that, we have the perfect excuse for hiding him as well, given how Pakistan has been sheltering India's most wanted men for decades now.

We have the excuse.

We have the space.

We have the perfect cover.

Yet we are not hiding him in Switzerland.

Why?

He was a regular visitor to your Embassy in Afghanistan. When ISI showed the proof to the USA he then shifted to the Switzerland. It is believed with Indian help.

I hope all of these people return back,reintregated... cases are withdrawn and the peace prevails... the common man in baluchistan is fed up of the political topi drama.

As a punishment for his treason the Interior Ministry has decided to withdraw all pending cases against him and others like him :). This is yet another beauty of democracy.

Let's see when Rehman Malik will withdraw cases against Hakeem Ullah Mehsud or Qari Hussain etc?

Damage control: US lawmakers reject Balochistan resolution
No dreams were built and none squashed. In 2009 at Sharm-el-Sheikh Gilani declared a victory when he apparently got the Indian PM to admit India's role in Balochistan. Less than three years later, Pakistan is running places to convince people that Balochistan is its own. And there is still no proof of Indian involvement. Say what you may about Manmohan Singh, but his leadership did work miracles in India's standing internationally. That's what happens when a learned man leads.

And technically this delegation has as much standing as the guy who introduced the Balochistan bill, until the bill's fate is decided in the House.

India s progress is multifactorial and giving kudoos to one factor is contrary to logic. There is no doubt the Mr Singh has done wonders, but it is also the case of being in the right place at the right time. Who would have thought 15 yrs ago that USA would be pandering to indias needs. It is a china containing logic which has brought US to Indias side, However, India has intelligently extracted its opwn pound of flesh out of the situation. if only you could now straighten your relations with China to form a strong trading block, it would be a coup de graceand perhaps the last straw that breaks the camels back.
