No I don't think IK would take such an extreme measure. He'll probably give federal grants to local bodies in Karachi and Hyderabad and let NAB, FIA take care of PPP.

Yes but this includes 13 indps... Jehanghir Tareen claims that 5 are confirmed and they will get the support of atleast 10 to 11 indps so final pti led coliation count will be 167. If BNP votes for IK than count will be 169...not sure about JWP, they have 1 seat too.

Mqm vote is not mandatory but useful to shun opposition candidate completely out from the contest and after by elections, PTI will get even more stronger in NA and you never know about the possibility of forward block in pmln in near by future
