A semi-educated/uninformed person like you should know that National ID card in Bangladesh contains fingerprints from all ten fingers as well as a retina scan, stored in the national database for eternity. Inclusion of a picture in Bangladeshi NID is a must, it is not negotiable. Burkawearers aren't exempted. These conservative people are in the extreme fringe minority.
