Damn we better get the new port up and running fast, were getting to the capacity in Chittagong port. This is with just the garments industry, when the new leather, white good and light engineering sectors start gearing up....well you know....good times are ahead for the BD economy.

That's right man. Business is booming in Bangladesh... ;)

Good going BD, I hope you will be a Regional power(No intention of trolling)

There is the potential for them (Bangladesh) to enhance their relationship with Indonesia, both the largest muslim nations in the Southeast Asian region; 256 million (Indonesia) + 150 million (Bangladesh) ~ 400+ million and growing!

there is another big port (not like Sonadia deep sea port) underconstruction in Paira, Patuakhali (western side, near sundarban forest), it will take some load out of Chittagong port within 2 years.

They do the reforms
They decide the policy

Role of a government is not just to create Infra......it has got to do everything from uprooting corruption to ensuring a healthy growth rate

I don't have much idea on corruption but Hasina is doing pretty good with the economy

'Why is it India care about Hasina so much? If you love her, why don't you take her?

Much corruption, do you live in Bangladesh, no, we do. We have been having a 6% growth rate since 2004, tells that government has nothing to do with it.
