We don't say anything about any territory in India proper. Kashmir is a UN accepted "disputed" territory so we have all the right to suggest it should accede to us or be independent of Indian rule.

Relations are either built on give and take or subservience. Pakistan will never be in the second camp and nor should we expect any independent country to be as such.
