Well - third class team it may be , but it was made with raw talent from mostly unknown lower-middle-class (decent but poor) families from very small remote towns. They are not 'stars' because they do not come from 'star' families. Teamwork is what their trait and training is all about.
If not for the Bangladesh cricket teams, these players would all be working in one factory or another. Cricket made their dream come true. This said, we must acknowledge their raw talent, dedication and the will to make themselves something their parents were not. We must acknowledge this unfettered quality of having an unstoppable will to succeed and get past one's roots. And not simply rely on or wish for a luck-of-the-draw.
This egalitarian trait is also unique to Bangladesh in the subcontinent - don't know about Pakistan, but no slum kid in India has or is ever going to play for their National Team.
Pakistanis and Indians should thank their stars that Bangladeshi upper-middle and upper class kids (starting from a far higher baseline of money, training, skill and intellect) don't go into cricket, they would be pretty much unbeatable.
I know Bangladeshi fans probably won't be too happy with my comments, but it is what it is. I wish Bangladeshi cricketers the best in their future endeavors.
