Bangladesh The Most Charitable Nation on the Planet!

It's a matter of principle and laying claim to ancient India, annexing BD would prop up India as an international power house. It's about geopolitics rather than material gain. It's kind of like Kashmire, India would be perfectly fine without J&K, but it refuses to acknowledge J&K as disputed territory because of geopolitics.
Kashmir has a strategic importance Bangladesh has none. We won't cut our more to spite our face

Arguing semantics still doesn't really negate my point, it's more to do with geopolitics rather than actually land gain.

We are neither Canada nor the great strategist Pakistan to contemplate strategic depth and geopolitics. We are a humble nation trying to survive among the sharks who want a bite of our kafir land.

What are the prospects and chances that Bangladeshi voters specially the youngsters are not motivated by propaganda by hassinas and vote for betterment of BD and its interests?

in my province we try everyone we give chance to everyone to prove him or herself if they fail we snatch the ladder in elections

Bangladesh and Bangladeshis in general are very charitable. That is proved by the fact that @arp2041 has not been banned yet for his incessant trolling :D

Why wouldn't India try and annex Bangladesh, even unofficially? In fact, India would be stupid not to try and take over Bangladesh and try to reunify lost Indian territories, especially when it has the chance to.

India and common Indians don't have and will never have any desire to unify with our ex-country men or gain so called lost territories. We are very happy and content thank you .

I have seen this misconception in many Pakistanis and BDeshis.

As it is our interests in BD are being taken care off by zee RAWAMY dalals :coffee:

We have 300 seats. AL will get about 30-50 seats or may be 70 at best with rigging IF they allow elections that is. Currently even elections are uncertain.

Sorry but reliable sources tell us that AL under her excellency Ms Sheikh Hasina Ji will be returning to power in next elections :coffee:. Funds have already been released by RAW for her campaign.

what are other break up of seats viz a viz other parties?

and why uncertain? BD youth is politically active to come on street, so what will be holding back elections?.

One more thing i have seen BD have alot of political youth BUT why always protest over propaganda emotional things and NOT against runing of BD interests by Hassina or any leader?

for example 23 dams on teesta, land grab and border killings and so on

Youth or whatever AL have 0 support. When it comes to people's politics, they are in coma now with Indian support. They have votes in minorities (who are most oppressed in their times ironically), and militant seculars who have some sort of inferiority complex vis-vis Indian/WB culture.

Its uncertain because AL cancelled the care taker system through their puppet judiciary. Since 1991 all our election took place under a neutral CT system (similar to the recent PAK election) but AL is saying that they would hold the election while in power and naturally BNP lead main opposition alliance won't oblige and take part. AL is going solo in arranging a show off election. Off course such a election won't be legally acceptable to UN and intl community but AL is not budging along with the unconditional support they have from India. Even if it means making a N.Korea out of BD , they are not ready to give up power.

The opposition also failed to rally youth on major issues of national interest. SO there also lies the problem. They are busy fending for themselves against gov's onslaught now. Almost all major BNP big names are in jail not to mention 1000s of BNP/JI activists. The jails are literally crowding with opp. activists & JI is already been countered with War crime trail farce while BNP doesn't have much street power. Tons of opposition activist have been abducted over the last 4 years including some high profile leaders. Add to that, the whole police and beuracracy is filled up with not simple AL sympathizers but AL party cadres. All TV channels are either owned by AL MPs or AL politician/businessmen, while opposing media outlets (TV & newspaper) shut down with rallies banned for a mouth. In short a de facto one party rule going on here. Any form of protest are ruthlessly suppressed. Lots of blood has already been spilled over the last 3-4 months. SO U get the gist. It would be a blood bath to oust them and they will be ousted but it will come as a great cost to the nation. BD is going through testing times now.

Those 23 dams will be built and most likely teesta water will also be compromised while AL will agree to give free corridor to NE. After all that is why they are put in power in the first place.

What is Militant Secular? Secular by definition is a liberal minded person and he cant be a fundamentalists hence he cant be "Militant"

This Caretaker system is a very strange system. You wont find Manmohan Singh, David Cameroon, or Obama resigning and installing a caretaker govt. before the election. I was surprised by this in Pakistan Election.

Why wont UN or international countries recognise the election if it is not held under the "caretaker" govt. If the judiciary is OK then obviously the election is fine.

Ofcourse we can send some of our "Independent observers" in these elections if the BAL govt. wants it ;)
