I honestly think LCH would be a better option. For being cheaper and having western components. 8 isnt a huge number.
The lag will be the final testing phase which is going right now for anti tank missile in this helo. But by the time RFP and contract is ready, LCH will be operational in significant numbers in IA and IAF with anti tank missile capability.

Like I have mentioned before - this is as likely as me turning into George Clooney. Not Happening.

US was trying to stay out of WWII other than supplying the weapons to its western allies. At that time USSR was also an ally. Germans U-boats started to target US ships supplying weapons and other amenities so USA finally joined. Japan also played its role in forcing USA to join the war (at least that's what the school books told us) ..though I think that's the official version of USA and the west and reality is a bit different.

I think bulk of the developments happen in USA before WWII.....it was already a very strong force when it joined WWII. Well it was quite strong in WWI as well. Industrialization happened in USA well before WWII. @Nilgiri

Until WWII, British empire was the superpower. USA was playing second fiddle. WWII ended the British empire while USA and USSR got most of the German scientists who built their missile and nuclear programs.

Why not Ka-52s or Z-10s? They are versatile and carry enough firepower.

KA 52 is ok but Z10 is a junk. Rather BD should go for LCH which is a much better deal.

You will be damn to call US as homogenous society, even within Caucasian there is lot of subraces like Briton, Germanic, Italian (in which there is distinct traits between Sicilian and Northern italy like Milano or Genoese) , Gaelic Irish and Scots, Northern tribes like Swedes and Danish, Armenian, Slavs people, French, Spaniard, and many more. And not enough about the whites, US got African, Arabs, Jews, Asian (like Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean and Japanese) and more.

USA is far away.....Actually without USA, Brits would have fallen in German hands.

Although German navy would have lost terribly against US navy. You need to read about USA's industrialization from early to mid 20th century...It's a lot like what's happening to China now. With Cihna's industrial output overtaking USA's.
