Not saying there are no illegal Bangladeshis in South India for sure.Whatchu talking about? We have Bangladeshis here in the south as well.

However, if there are indeed any economic migrants in India from Bangladesh, they would largely be living in states which are significantly more prosperous than Bangladesh is, such as the Southern states.
Yet you do not see Southeners scream "illegal Bangladeshis" day in day out and let the local political discourse be dominated by it like the dumb Assamese do with a fraction of our GDP per capita.
The imaginary MASS immigration hysteria in India stems mostly from hated towards Indian Bengalis in backward NE states whereby every Bengali speaker is considered "Bangladeshi until proven otherwise.".
There is no muslim Bangladeshi in AssamBangladeshis are a problem in the South also. Assam is simply facing a wholly different issue.
If Bangladeshis are a problem in the South, you can imagine the amount of immigration that has taken place. It's not imaginary as you have presumed.
Do not mock open air toilet and Cow Cola. OK? Open air toilet is an ancient Vedic tradition related to Indian spiritualism. It keeps the mind very calm and peaceful if anyone do that in natural environment. And Cow Cola is scientifically proven to contain cure for at least 200 diseases. Most recently Ayurvedic research institute in Mumbai has discovered it's anti-cancer and anti-aging properties. More thorough research about cow urine can unlock the potential of a whole range of possibilities. Thank God, Indian scientists are working on this project tirelessly.

Give me one social or economic indicator in which Assam is ahead of Bangladesh. Why would a present day Bangladesh risk his/her life to settle in Assam?

What makes you think BD's socio-economic figures are correct?
These are our official figures. Many international organizations accept those data. What makes you think BD's socio-economic figures are correct?
What makes you think you know more than world organisations?
If we're gonna stop believing whose numbers, we can do it for everyone. Why India's figures are correct?
BD has to improve its surveys and bring it up to par with more reliable international standards, and increase survey samples to 5 figures.
But hey, I'm all for you guys to comfortably beat us in socio-economic parameters. We wouldn't have an immigration problem if BD is richer than India.
Like we say, provide proof of BD illegal immigration and not just opinions on the internet.
There is no need to provide proof.
We are seeing it in our societies, even as far away as Kerala. It's become ridiculous.
