dollar loans to assist in building up BD infrastructure.

Chinese arms will remain cheaper than comparable Western systems for 2 decades at least. BD will buy them at the going rate.

China is interested in making friends and hence influence and we have seen them setting the AIIB, and that will provide low-interest loans to BD among many other developing countries.

By 2025 Chinese power will be such in S Asia, among many other regions in Asia, that China will be able to directly influence politics in BD and so India will be booted out of BD for good.
