No serious problem exist between us that can't solve and establish a road link between China Bangladesh.

Because of India China relation and if India provide the route, it will increase China influence in Dhaka

A lot of trade is sea based anyway. Land routes can only carry so much....especially if they have to go over himalayas and tibetan plateau.

Through Burma, well BD has to improve relations with them first.

In case of both Burma and India, BD has to be pragmatic and accepting of its illegal immigrant problem....and both countries will then improve relations with BD I feel to better level.

That's not against us but in trouble region in Myanmar. Our main problem is Myanmar oppression on Roginga Muslim population that causing tempted fleeing to Bangladesh. If roginga problem can solve we don't have any major issues.

It is shortest but most difficult as it crosses the Himalayas.Plus there is no major Chinese city in Tibet.So the road will go nowhere.On the other hand Bangladesh-Mayanmar-China road will reach the Population and economic heartland of China.There is a reason why most of Chinese-Indian bilateral trade done by sea lane rather than their common border.

The concept for such a road link already exists. look up for BCIM Road project. I believe a car rally took place somewhere in 2012-2013 region across the 4 countries. BCIM - BD-China-India-Myanmar. Links Dhaka, Kunmin, Mandalay with India (calcutta?)
