If something totally horrendous such as real racial genocide happenes to Chinese nationals in Mymmar, yes, China might intervene militarily, but, now Chinese gov has adhere to the principle of non interferences of countries. There is almost always special case where the norms wont be applicable. Would the US or India do the same facing similar stituation, my guess is yes !
