We in India and BD have a lot to learn from Bhutan in terms of how they have managed industrial and vehicular pollution and environmental conservatism in general. Bhutan doesn't perhaps have any representation here on PDF so it is encumbered upon me to take their side. Leave those barking dogs alone, we will grow as one.
